Whenever I think to sit up and my back hurts if I get (either on your back or stomach), and my foot hurts. I'm only 13 whats wrong?

I have the same problem. More likely it's just a strained muscle or something. Maybe you want to go a doctor or a chiropractor or other. But probably nothing to fear.
Even if you have any problems with the "thing". I assume you know what I mean. :] What irritates the muscles and bones very weak and tired. Because every time my back problems, and I began to lose much weight in my ribs badly as crazy, by the drastic change.
