Baby Shower..? - twin baby shower favors

In trying to find ideas for baby shower favors .. I want to do something for each guest attending my baby shower .. I recently went to my friends baby had a shower and a small bag that had two loaves of honey (She's Having Twins) and said something about the bread in the oven .. The idea was very nice and cheap .. Has anyone something like that? PLEASE HELP ..
